KIDS PROGRAM
Our Kids Program is designed to shape the next generation of jiu-jitsu practitioners by instilling core values such as confidence, self-discipline, and respect through the art of jiu-jitsu. We focus on building strong foundations in both technique and character, ensuring every child develops skills that go beyond the mats.

ADULT PROGRAM
Our Adult Program offers structured classes, catering to all levels, from beginners to competitors. With a curriculum designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, we ensure each student, whether focusing on fundamentals or competition, receives the best possible instruction in a supportive environment.

NOGI PROGRAM
The NoGi Program provides a perfect complement to our gi training, allowing students to broaden their skills. Focused on techniques and positions unique to NoGi, this program enhances versatility and prepares students for a range of scenarios, whether in self-defense or competition.
KIDS PROGRAMS

KIDS 3-5 PROGRAM
This is our youngest age group and a great time to start your child’s jiu-jitsu journey. The curriculum is focused on exercises and games that introduce our youngest students to basic movements and core values of jiu-jitsu.

Improve behavior and ability to follow instructions

This program builds on the goals of the 3-5 group and introduces more diverse jiu-jitsu techniques and skills, while reinforcing self-discipline, responsibility, and physical development.

KIDS 10-13 PROGRAM
As the oldest age group in the kids program, this phase prepares students to transition into the adult program. Students will develop sparring skills, technical foundations, teamwork, and self-control.
